Sometimes, the right people meet at the right time — even when they’re miles apart. That’s exactly how Raashid Kabeer, Jasmina Shameem, Susmitha PM, and Jinadev Uthaman crossed paths. What started as online classes conducted by CDA Academy quickly became more than lectures and assignments — it became the spark of something bigger. Four strangers, connected by curiosity, creativity, and ambition, and now recognized as top digital marketers in Kerala, proving from day one that the digital world can erase distances and build powerful bonds.
Raashid Kabeer was the one with the dream. Since 2020, he had been sharpening his skills in marketing, bringing both creativity and business sense to the table. He showed his strength early on by successfully leading the CMS event conducted by CDA Academy, Kochi, where his vision and leadership inspired many. For him, this journey was about more than just building an agency — it was about creating a platform where strategy, innovation, and creativity come together.
Then came Jasmina Shameem, who always dreamed of becoming a successful entrepreneur. Her determination and creativity were matched with valuable work experience at a business setup company in Dubai, where she was recognized among the best young professionals in the field. She brought structure to the chaos — managing follow-ups, distributing work, and ensuring that every idea didn’t just stay a dream but turned into results. Jasmina wasn’t just a teammate; she was the energy that kept the wheels moving forward.
Susmitha PM, the B-Tech graduate turned passionate writer, proved to be the team’s steady hand. Efficient, hardworking, and detail-oriented, she brought consistency into everything the team did. With her ability to transform ideas into compelling words, she became the voice of the group — shaping strategies, creating stories, and making sure that creativity was always backed with clarity and impact.
Jinadev Uthaman, fueled by the dream of creating an agency of his own, never stopped chasing ideas. With brilliant concepts, design sensibilities, and sleepless nights balancing freelancing with his work as a customer service specialist, he turned persistence into progress. His belief that four different minds, each with unique strengths, could come together to create something remarkable is the foundation on which this journey stands.
Together, this unlikely team became Creative Digital Ally — not just a digital marketing company, but a bond forged online, polished through late-night brainstorming, and strengthened by shared dreams.
